Helene turned our worlds and towns upside down but we are thankful that all of our staff, board members and volunteers are accounted for.
The gardens at Riverside Park were destroyed. We are sad that our gardens are no longer a place of beauty and solace for the community but we feel fortunate given the unfathomable scale of destruction in western NC.
